Beach Day Photo Sessions
July 15th & 16th

Family Beach Sessions are in high demand this year! Don't miss out on these beautiful HEIRLOOM portraits! We will be shooting on location at Lighthouse Beach & Bird Sanctuary in Port Lavaca, TX. All family members are welcome!

15 minute sessions - $150
10-15 edited print-ready images in an online gallery. One 4x6 print included. Downloads are available

30 minute sessions - $200
15-20 edited print-ready images in an online gallery. One 5x7 print included. Downloads are available

1 hour sessions - $250
20-25 edited print-ready images in an online gallery. One 8x10 print included. Downloads are available
No outfit changes allowed. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UPON DATE OF BOOKING. Photo previews will be released online within 24 hours. Delivery of all included package items can take a maximum of 6-8 weeks depending upon photographer's schedule. If bad weather permits, reschedule dates will be posted. Any cancellations will be rescheduled. No extra fees required. Please ask about availability of schedule before booking.

Photo previews will be released online within 24 hours.     I hereby give Heather Roberts Photography permission to use images from this and any portrait sessions for possible forms of advertisement to promote the photographer’s name or business. I confirm that I have legal authority to grant these permissions for myself and the included minor children. 

    Copyright Notice
    Title (possession) of and copyright to all products shall remain with Heather Roberts Photography until client has paid in full. All photos are copyrighted. The negatives and or digital images (hereinafter collectively the “images”) created by Heather Roberts Photography and/or subcontractor(s) remain the property of Heather Roberts Photography. It is illegal to copy, scan, reproduce, or post online in forums or elsewhere without the written permission of Heather Roberts Photography. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
    Permission is hereby granted to Heather Roberts Photography to use any images created under this contract for professional samples, displays, internet website pages, advertising, exhibitions, contests, and any other purpose. 
    Heather Roberts Photography retains the copyright to all images produced by Heather Roberts Photography and/or Heather Roberts Photography's subcontractors. If purchasing Hi-Resolution images on CD/DVD, Clients will be given a written release to make personal copies of images from CDs or DVDs. The client understands the images given on CD/DVD cannot be used for profit or advertising and all posting of images on the internet must be acknowledged as images by Heather Roberts Photography.
